Okras with mashed potatoes 秋葵土豆泥

Okra, originated in Africa and was introduced into India in early twentieth Century and then came to China. Its fruit pods are crisp, tender, juicy, smooth and unscented, with unique fragrance. In recent years, it is especially popular with ordinary people. It has become a favorite vegetable for the people of any age.

I did not know the okra long time before , once I went out to eat with my colleagues, and it by chance. At that time, I ate the okras with garlic , it’s juicy and tasty. From then on, I became to eat it very much . Whenever I see them, I'll buy them cook them to eat.

Today I would like to share it with you by eating a simple way , that is okras with mashed potatoes.

Ingredients:
Okra
Two potatoes
salt
oil
soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Salad
starch

methods:

First wash the potatoes and put them into the electric pot and steamed them. Because it is can be cooked as well as rice, very easy and convenient . when the rice is ok , the potatoes are ok too.

Wash okra and boiled it in boiling water and cut it into small pieces.

我原来并不知道秋葵,还是跟同事一起出去吃饭,偶然吃到的,当时做的是蒜蓉秋葵,清淡,多汁好吃,从此便不可收拾。只要见到就回去买,各种吃法都喜欢。

今天跟大家分享一下秋葵的一种简单吃法,秋葵土豆泥。

材料:
秋葵
土豆两个


酱油
蚝油
沙拉
淀粉
做法:

先把土豆洗净,放到电话锅里,蒸熟。因为要做米饭, 这也是当稍就完成的。
把秋葵洗净,放开水里料一下,然后切成小片。

把切好片的秋葵摆在小碗里,如图。

蒸好的土豆,去皮,放碗里压碎,放点蚝油,沙拉拌匀,然后把土豆放到摆好秋葵的小碗里。
把秋葵土豆扣在盘子上。

锅内放油,用蚝油,酱油,水,少许糖,醋淀粉勾成汁 ,里面最好放点辣根 直接浇在秋葵土豆泥上。这道菜就做成了。

这个秋葵土豆泥非常好吃,可以直接当饭吃。我做完后,可是全部吃光了。旁边再摆上草莓,吃完后,吃几个草莓,心情真是美美哒。

Creativity...love it from the picture and quite healthy.............. you adding tomato and Okra complete the whole thing. Tomato is a good source of beta-carotene a precursor for vitamin A and it also contains phytochemicals. Okra is a good source of phytonutrients and antioxidant.Great Job!

我也很喜欢吃秋葵呢,不过家里常吃的还是“晒晒你的年夜饭”摄影比赛| 三个一里面放出来的葱油秋葵(主要是比较快手啦)
