after working, I went to the supermarket, there were fresh crucian carps in the market, so I bought one and some tofu. The material of crucian carp soup was ready for the dinner. There is a bottle of milk in the house. It is said that fish soup will be more delicious with milk, so I try to cook carassius carp soup with milk by myself , it’s really made me excited to have a try like this dish .

Ingredients :

Carassius carp
tofu
milk
Cooking wine
soy sauce
Ginger
Coriander
oil
salt

Wash the crucian carp and cut it into a crossing. Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Put oil in the pot, fry the crucian carp, add onion and ginger, cooking wine and add water.

Heat the pot , then turn down the fire simmer and simmer until the soup is white . Add a box of milk.

After adding milk, do not cover the lid to prevent the milk from coming out of the pot.

After the milk is boiled, stir it with a spoon and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.

下班的时候,市场上正好有卖新鲜的鲫鱼,于是便买了一条,又买了点豆腐,晚上鲫鱼汤的材料就算备齐了。家里还有很多牛奶,有人说,鱼汤用牛奶做,会更加鲜美好喝,那我今天就试试做一个牛奶鲫鱼汤喽。

材料:
鲫鱼
豆腐
牛奶
料酒
酱油
葱姜
香菜末

做法:

将鲫鱼洗净,切成斜刀,豆腐切小块。

锅内放油,把鲫鱼煎一下,放葱姜,料酒,加水。

大火烧开,然后改中火炖,炖到汤发白为止。加入牛奶一盒。
加入牛奶后,不要盖盖子, 避免牛奶开了,扑出来。

牛奶烧开后,用勺子搅匀,稍微炖2到3分钟。

放入鸡精,美味牛奶鱼汤就做好了。

牛奶鲫鱼汤非常好喝。加入牛奶后,去掉了鲫鱼的腥味,牛奶很香,这样炖出来的鲫鱼汤,味道更佳鲜美, 汤色浓白,营养丰富。是一道不错的美味佳品呢!

哈哈,不加牛奶的话,鲫鱼好像要先炸过然后炖很久才会得到奶白色的汤,现在倒是省事了

炖时间长点 ,就会变白色,不过加了牛奶后,还是很好喝的, 我可是一下子全喝光了。

这样能好些, 不煎直接煲汤也可以。
