Kylmore Abbey Castle Entrance
I do not actually know if this is a castle, but it sure looks like one. It is the main building at Kylemore Abbey in Galway Ireland. @bxlphabet saw it during his travels in Ireland on a pilgrimage with our church youth group.
The site is now a Benedictine Monastery and was built in the 1860's by a family. The buildings and gardens are open for tours in order to bring in income.
This huge building fronts onto a small lake and people come to photograph that view. But I think the youth group only saw it close up as they toured here.
