Fishing the Golf Course

There is a golf course in town that used to have 36 holes, meaning there was 2 separate courses in one. One of the two courses was getting in really bad shape, and the management of the golf course and subdivision finally decided to close it down.

This was bad news to me in a way because I had loved playing golf on that course, but it was good for us in terms of opening up the ability to fish the course.

Since there were no more golfers, there was really no one to complain and that left us wide open to catch some great bass! We had a couple of very nice spots off of the old golf course.
