I posted this and not sure i put it in the right place. Still learning.
I posted in "steem" and not "steemit", so not sure if it's ok to re-post in another catagory but here is my concern,
The one thing that I am seeing is a video just get published, which usually is about 30 to 40 min. Long, and not even 1 minute goes by and they are getting 4-6 upvotes, 2 minutes there at 10.
I watch the videos I like and then upvote and comment.
Is it just people upvoting and not watch the video just for the rewards?
