"We must always have the courage to start again from scratch" - Enzo Ferrari
History where it all began
A little known fact that The Prancing Horse logo was never existed until were there event known as 'ignite' on the bodywork of cars in Modena at that time since before, the original logo was a green four-leaf clover like on a white triangle that is we can imagine more like an Alfa Romeo symbol. So the the prancing horse was invented before was never in a car more like in hunting-ship Major Francesco Baraca, a famous italian ace.
Then something interesting in 1923 is happening, Enzo Ferrari himself had meeting with them (The Baracca) then latter called the "Red" fate that marked the fate of this Whole Ferrari car industry;
"When in 1923 I won the first Savio circuit that ran in Ravenna, I met Count Enrico Baracca and latter the Countess Paolina The heroine was the Countess who told me one day: 'Ferrari, why don't you put my son's prancing horse in your machines?' He will bring you luck. "I still keep the photograph of the aviator with the dedication of the parents in which the horse's emblem us entrusted to me. Th hose was and will remain black, and I added the canary yellow background which is the color of the city of Modena."
-Enzo Ferrari
The first appearance of the Cavallino was july 9, 1932, the 24 hours of Spa, the race is won by the car of the Taruffi and D'ippolito. After the following victory, the Scudetto which represented the Scuderia Ferrari in all of the official participations until the moment when Enzo himself took over the special Alfa Corse department directed by himself, but still managed by the Milanese company
Therefore, the moment of the birth of the Ferrari company involves restyling and also the symbol and the background into rectangular, but then Enzo Ferrari decided to restore into the first classic form with shield, an icon that we know that still accompanies the Ferrari cars in all races. As we all know

So here we are discussing most of the point where the most of historical moment in Ferrari it self, I actually had to cut most of it because it took so much time like this one is not long enough already haha, so I think its time to cut it where I actually discuss this into more deeper in this case later then. So then I had to briefly explain the worth mentioning point;
at the 1988 Enzo Ferrari died at the age of 90. The last new model he commissioned was the specialist F40. Fiat increased its stake in Ferrari to 90% after buying the shares of its founder. Former Sporting Director Luca Cordero di Montezemolo was appointed President in 1991.
1996 is where the happening of Ferrari in F1 is beginning to rise among fans into the non sports guy alike. In an unprecedented and record-setting fashion, Schumacher and Ferrari dominated F1 winning the World Driver's championship from 2000 through 2004 and the Constructors' Championship from 1999 through 2004.
The point where I had no idea at all where its all about economy so I'm just gonna quote it from Wiki straight away
In October 2014 Fiat Chrysler Automobiles announced its intentions to separate Ferrari from FCA; as of the announcement FCA owned 90% of Ferrari. The separation began in October 2015 with a restructuring that established Ferrari N.V. as the new holding company of the Ferrari group and the subsequent sale by FCA of a 10% of the shares in an IPO and concurrent listing of common shares on the New York Stock Exchange. Through the remainings steps of the separation, FCA's interest in Ferrari's business was distributed to shareholders of FCA, with a 10% continuing to be owned by Piero Ferrari. On January 3, 2016, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. and Ferrari N.V. announced the completion of separation of the Ferrari business from the FCA group on the same day, with trading on the Mercato Telematico Azionario set to begin on January 4, 2016, under the RACE ticker symbol and the ISIN code NL0011585146." - Wiki
