Triangles of puff pastry with cherry
Triangles of puff pastry with cherry filling, sprinkled with sugar.
2 sheets of puff pastry
1 cup cherry thick jam
1 egg
1 tbsp. starch
3 tablespoons Sahara
Puff pastry pre-unfrozen for about 30 minutes.
Cut each sheet into 6 squares.
Lightly beat the egg. In the jam, add a spoonful of starch.
Each square is mentally divided into 2 triangles. On one of them put
the jam, grease the edges with an egg and cover the top with the other
half. In the end, you should get a triangle with stuffing inside.
Do the same with each piece of dough. Lay the resulting triangles on a
baking tray. Lubricate the egg and sprinkle with sugar on top.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes until the dough blushes.
