Soup with roasted salmon
Delicious fish soup, if you usually cook fish soup with canned salmon - try this recipe better - you will spend as much time, and the result will be completely different.
1 liter of water
200 g fresh salmon
1 onion
1 carrot
150 grams of frozen spinach
2 potatoes
salt and pepper
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons olive oil
Boil the water. Add the potatoes, diced, bay leaf, salt and pepper.
Cut the fish into small pieces.
On olive oil fry finely chopped onions and grated carrot on a small grater. Fry almost until cooked for about 5 minutes, over a small fire.
Add pieces of fish, fry for a couple of minutes. When the fish is ready, crush the fish into a crumb, with a wooden spoon, right in the frying pan.
Fish with onions and carrots should be transferred to a pot and cooked until the potatoes are cooked.
2 minutes before the end of cooking, add chopped spinach. Let it boil, and turn it off.
