Muffins with green tea
A delicious dessert for a summer evening.
120 ml of milk
100 g of flour
3 bags of green jasmine tea
150 g of sugar
50 g of oil
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
Brew tea bags with hot milk.
Mix dry ingredients-flour, salt and baking powder.
Mix the softened butter with sugar, vanilla and egg.
After the milk has cooled, remove the sachets.
Add the milk to the oil. Then pour in the dry ingredients.
Mix for a few minutes until uniform.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Lubricate the form with oil
or insert paper cups for the muffins.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, check for a toothpick.
