Cream soup with salmon
Delicious and very nutritious fish soup.
300 gr fillets of fresh salmon or trout
500 g of potatoes
300 g of tomatoes
Leek or onion (1 onion)
150 g carrots
500 ml cream (10-20%)
salt
vegetable oil
Greens to taste
Finely chop onion.
Grate carrots on a small grater.
Peel potatoes, cut into small cubes or cubes
Tomatoes peeled off (to peeled off easier, you can dip the tomatoes for a few seconds in boiling water), cut into cubes.
In a saucepan (I used a three-liter pan), fry onion in vegetable oil.
Add the carrots, fry.
Add the tomatoes, lightly fry.
Then pour 1 liter of water, bring to a boil.
When the water boils, add the potatoes, a little salt, cook for 5-7 minutes. Then add the salmon.
Then pour the cream. Cook until potatoes are ready (3-5 minutes). If necessary, salt to taste. Finished soup sprinkle with herbs.
