Cherry pie

Juicy summer pie for tea: cherry pie on kefir. Light and very delicate
pie. You can use fresh or frozen cherries.

1 cup kefir
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups of flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
250 g of pitted cherries
2 tablespoons sugar for the filling

Kefir mixed with baking powder and set aside for 10 minutes.

Eggs divided into yolk and protein. Protein whip, until the increase
in volume is doubled. Whisk the yolks with sugar. Kefir add to yolks.

In the sifted flour add a pinch of salt and gently pour it on the
yolks, stirring well.

Add the protein mass, mixing gently, bottom up with a spatula, so as
not to reduce the volume.

Cherry mixed with 2 tablespoons. Sahara.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Put half the dough into a
mold. Then put cherry on top. Put the second half of the dough on top.
Bake for about 1 hour.
