วันนี้เขียนคำกรและเอารูปดาราและนางแบบถ่ายให้ดู เด็กๆรุ่นลูกจะรู้จักกันหรือป่าวเอ๋ย...... ..... ยามมีกำลัง พอช่วยใครได้ควรช่วย ยามมีอำนาจ พอช่วยใครได้ควรช่วย....ยามมีความสามารถ พอช่วยร่วมงานกับใครได้ควรช่วย ยามมีโอกาส พอมอบให้ใครได้ควรมอบ....ยามมีชีวิต พอยิ้มให้ใครได้ควรยิ้มเสม อนะค่ะ................................................ is enough to help anyone could have helped-power can help anyone could have have helped-to help work with anyone could have helped -chance I gave it to who should be given-my life a smile to anyone supposed to smile......... be Gvateful.. สำนึกบุญคุณคนทีดีต่อเรา..choose your friend wisely .....เลือกเพื่อนอย่างชาญฉลาด.... cultivated Compassion ...ให้ความเห็นอกเห็นใจแก่คนอื่น.....keep Learning...หมันเรียนรู้....do what you Love ...ทำในสิ่งทีคุณรัก.....Live in the present ......อยู่กับปัจจุบัน.......practice forgiveness ..... ฝึกการให้อภัย.....
