14 days post-operation!!

For those that haven’t seen my other videos I underwent an anterior cervical discectomy with fusion (ACDF) meaning they completely removed one of the discs in my neck and fused the vertebrae together with a plate and screws.

They said I would have very limited range of motion for the first 4-6 weeks but it’s week two and I almost have full mobility! Up and down is still a little tender but side the side is fully functioning.

I also started going back to the gym after about week and started doing very light weight training a couple of days ago.

A couple days ago the skin glue covering the incision came off finally. It was getting super itchy so I’m glad that’s off. It looks like it’s healing up awesome!!!
