Cara buat boh Rom-Rom
Bahan-bahan.
1.tepung beras ketan
2.gula pasir/gula aren
3.kelapa
4.air secukupnya
Cara pembuatan nya:
Ambil tepung ketan satu gelas,panaskan air hingga hangat kuku,tuangkan air hangat sedikit-sedikit kedalam tepung tadi sambil meremas-remas sampai tepung pulen,ataupun sudah bisa luntur,gak putus-putus lagi.
Panaskan air lagi sampai mendidih 100 derajat Celcius,dan bentuk tepung tadi sesuai selera boleh bulat-bulat atau lonjong,biasanya bulat-bulat,dan tipiskan lalu masukkan gula aren kedalamnya lalu bulat kan lagi,dan selanjutnya masukkan kedalam air yang sedang mendidih tadi,segera angkat dan tiriskan kalau sudah terapung keatas permukaan air.
Langkah selanjutnya ambil kelapa dan parut secukupnya,dan ambil bikinan kue yang ditiriskan tadi masukkan kedalam kelapa parut,dan campur kelapa tadi sampai merata di bagian luar bikinan kue.
Dan tentereng......boh Rom-Rom siap dihidangkan....😊😀😁
