Lotto Bias

Basically, people see data. Think, okay....cool. Now, how can I manipulate this data to give me confidence to do x,y,z. When, really all they are doing is simply changing the data to fit their own beliefs to feel confident about something or someone. Its like changing reality in front of your own face. Weird.
