Built to Last

I'm currently reading a book called Built To Last by Jim Collins. It focuses on successful habits of visionary companies. I'm reading because I need to expand my knowledge on business development. I'm working on a hedge fund, mostly for crypto. The business structure and process is a grind but I really love it.

Anyways, Collins talks a lot about the qualities that separate a mediocre company from a beastly one. It comes down to a few things:

Culture

Vision

Mission

Ability to adapt

If you have a company, and you can figure out these 4 things, you're headed in the right place.
