Great post! You are absolutly true but I have to add that I think people lost the connection to true value of things like "Money" and "Real Estate" etc.

My Grandfather teached me one important thing, that I doesn't understanded back when I was small but now gets more and more important in my life: "Money is debt - Gold is Money." .

Past proved my Grandfather, I think future will follow...
