Techcrunch have reported from insider information that Soundcloud have only 50 days before going entirely bankrupt.
This report comes after news of the company downsizing by closing offices in London and San Francisco and firing 40% of their staff.

The report from an anonymous source also stated that many employees have started to quit as they see the inevitable end coming fast. Company founders were found in a leak to be discussing how they can get to Q4 of the calendar year, which starts on September 1st. They are looking for investors to help keep the company running beyond the 50 day mark.

soundcloud has been doo doo for awhile now. i've been on mixcloud for close to 8 or 9 years and i've had ZERO issues. sure, people can't download my mixes and it's not ideal for producers just lookin to showcase their single tracks, but...every mix i've ever uploaded to soundcloud got taken down, so...fuck them.
