Photo Story #5

This is a strange one but I will try to explain. We went to visit someone one day who I don't often visit and as we got to the front door she was there opening the door but as she started to greet us I rudely just knelt down and started taking a picture of the bench at the front door. She asked me what I was doing to which I replied: "I am not really sure, but this just looks super cool to me." She looked at me weirdly then welcomed us in.

I find this often where certain 'mundane' objects just catch my eye and I am compelled to just stop and take a picture. People think I am a bit strange when I do and I am but they look cool to me and that's what photography is to me. No doubt I'll share more of these strange ones in future posts.
