This user randomly downvoted one of my posts which is my own work of fiction and in terms of the pictures added, had only pictures from pixabay.com (so creative commons pictures that are okay to use for any purpose including commercial use). It has a link to your profile on it so I thought maybe it belongs to your profile, but I understand it may also be an account that is lying and says it is connected to you when it is not. If it is connected to you, do you have any idea why my post: https://steemit.com/fiction/@birchmark/confusing-earth-chapter-23-missing would have been marked as abuse and downvoted? The writing is my own content and the images are creative commons images so there shouldn't be a problem with my content. The same post was also downvoted by this account: https://steemit.com/@velomasty and idk if that has any connection to you at all? I've done everything properly on Steemit and created unique and original content and been part of the community and written proper comments on people's posts so I have no idea why any of my content would ever be downvoted.

I think every "whale" should take responsibility to make Steemit Great.
People have trust on Whales that's why they are Paying their hard earn money to grow here on Steemit.
So people should never feel that they got cheated by any "Whales".
So if any whale is not able to serve properly then then refund is only option that will create trust in users.
