not to judge, but aren't they both cute enough not to be wearing eye makeup? enjoyed their free laughs. nice to listen to children laughing. enjoy them....you know the saying.....they grow up fast....keep this video for a later date to have wonderful memories. giving you an upvote. :)
They were in a dance show that day, therefore they were wearing 'stage' makeup.
Although saying that, I didn't get to learn 'make-up' from my mum, probably because I showed no interest, but I don't really see that much wrong with it, just to do it sometimes if that's what they'd like to do.
