Monkish - Monktiki: Ekahi
The coldest night of the year called for something tropical AF. Tiki-inspired DIPA with coconut, pineapple, orange, vanilla, lactose & nutmeg. Now I'm not going to say this flavor combination necessarily worked for me, but this was weird for sure. All that stood out was the lactose and nutmeg for me. Happy to taste, and fine to never have again.
Now that is a lot of flavors in one beer...
Almost looks like fruit juice!!
