Eat after swimming in Siegendorf
I just discovered something amazing. While Hungary has loads of thermal baths, they do not have many artificial beaches created. But, if you cross the broder and go to Austria, you will find many of them.
What does this have to do with Tasteem and food? Well, I visited the so-called Siegendorf Schwimmbad, and what are you going to eat if you stay there for many hours? You can bring your own sandwich, or you can visit the buffet of the beach complex. The prices are actually quite nice, and we paid around 25 Euro for 4 main courses.
Sorry about the resolution of the picture, it is really bad, but I didn't actually think about writing a Tasteem article about the food as I visited the place, so I just came up with the idea afterward.
I tasted a hamburger, cevapcici, some chicken nuggets, and a wiener schnitzel, together with tons of fries. The portions are nice, and considering how this is quite fast-food along the beach, but still prepared in the kitchen in front of your eyes, I will not complain. Of course, I will not visit this place to eat, but if you first want to enjoy water fun, swimming during the summer, and maybe jump from 5 meter into the water from one of the towers... this is the place. And once you get hungry, this place should serve you well with the food server in the buffet.
I have nothing to complain about, and I am already planning to visit this place over again next year!
