What is Bitcoin and Crypto Currency

With all the hype about the rise of crypto currencies criticism has risen too.

How do we view bitcoin and other cryptos. Do we view this as the be all end all means of exchange? I’ve criticized the dollar for being a fiat currency in the past now should we accept fiat crypto as the be all end all of currencies?

I see this as more of an experiment where we adapt as time requires. If we come up with a better idea we should adapt.

The bottom line for me about crypto currencies is that it is a tool we can use to decentralize the current money monopoly that is destroying the planet.

So rather than see the rise of crypto currency as the be all end all we should look at it as a tool we can use to transition off the current money monopoly. When looked at from this perspective I can’t understand why anyone wouldn’t want to use it as a tool to empower themselves. I would love to hear your thoughts.
