Brand New Original Music - Here's my brand new music video for my song 'Let Go'. Share if it resonates :)

I wrote this song earlier this year when I was feeling a lot of intense emotions. Part of my path is wrestling with and understanding old patterns of doubt, fear, and anger, and this song was a way for me to help express those feelings so I could help myself move beyond them.

We all may have these emotions, but they shouldn't be suppressed and ignored. They must be allowed to be experienced and felt in order to truly grow and expand by learning from the messages they tell us.

Letting go is an immense part of my life practice, and through self expression and creating music I'm able to move forward in life and create new patterns of positive beliefs.
