For this post I decided to pick two very different species.
Still in black and white though. Some things never change...
In this first image I captured a wild garlic blossom.
They grow all over the place in the south of Portugal, under the cork trees.
And prefer a more shaded and cooler environment over a more exposed, hotter and sunnier one. Just like me...
The one bellow lives a lot closer, in a nice pot on my balcony.
It's a Cotyledon Undulata.
Whenever I look at it I can't avoid thinking about Ruffles...
The plant looks amazing on its own with these weirdly shaped leaves, but the real "magic" happens when it blooms, it really steps up the game during that time.
It develops a tall stem full of red-ish bell shaped flowers that seem to be covered with a thin layer of dust. Simply gorgeous.
THAT SMALL GESTURE WILL MAKE A WHOLE LOT OF DIFFERENCE TO US!
