GOORDMORNING STEEMISFERE,

Its a cold morning in Holland and i am sitting at the table making this food blog and water is running into my month again because this dish was so good. Do you remember the #travelfeed blog i did when i was in Italy last month and bought the truffle paste. NO ???? Read this great excursions we made in Lucca.

THis treasure was now made into a great dish last night and in a blog today.

The dish is simple and delicious.

The groceries you need share pasta, cobble stones of bacon, oil, pasta base sauce ( i took tartufo white sauce ), mushrooms from this season i took cantharels and parmaham cheese.

After i cooked the pasta and bakedthe bacon i put all of it to rest for a few hours and when everybody came home i mixed all of it together to a great dish, the smell is amazing.

I served the dish with bread and salted butter and it only took me about 20 minutes to make.

This way we brought some LUCCA, Italy back into our home after bringing it home.

All that was added was a great bottle of red wine fo hubby and me.......

I'm not in for tartufi but the chanterelles look super.
I love pasta with mushrooms.

I am a pasta fan and I also love to shop for special items when abroad :)

Looks delicious too bad I can't try it at the moment with my diet.
