Hello Name is Brion

Im a currently a personal trainer. I have been teaching fitness and kung fu for about 20 years. Fitness and nutrition are extremely important to me specify of the natural kind. I have seen the benefits in others from just small changes in diet and unfortunately i have also seen the consequences of bad nutrition. I have lost an aunt an uncle and a close friend to cancer a grandfather to Alzheimers and currently my father is battling cancer as well as my grandmother is battling Alzheimers. On the same token I have been fortunate enough to help a doctor beat liver disease, prevent a woman from having major back surgery, and bring an osteoporosis sufferer to full strength and mobility all with just diet and exercise. I love to help people so training was kind of a calling for me . Nothing is more powerful to cultivate personal growth than to aid in the growth of others. Which is why I am so glad to be here to help anyone in any way i can.

One my big passions is music I have sang wrote and produced it since 1992 big fan of Rnb. I ve also felt it to be such a powerful tool for reaching people. Its thought provoking its empowering it is even therapeutic. Music has bought so much substance to my life so I felt it necessary to share with others.

I am constantly trying to grow as human being so I study a lot of philosophy enjoy listen to different view points on everything and listen to tons of motivational speakers. I believe everyones word holds importance and wisdom can be drawn for them.

By themselves words and just words the true power is the wisdom and insight that and individual can gather for them.
