Hello guys. Today i will be discussing a project with its major concept of creating a platform for the exchange of data. The name of the project is PDATA. Now, let us briefly look into the reason for the conceptualization of this project. The major topic here is data. We produce a lot of data everyday. Only a few are educated about the possibilities of data and how useful it is. Majority of us have no idea how important the data we produce is and how big companies make money off these data.

First, lets look into social media like facebook, twitter etc.. Virtually everyone on the globe is on social media, likewise do we upload everyday. Every single day, a particular volume of data gets into the internet produced by the users. We have several data brokers working behind each of these companies, gathering these data and selling it to companies. The problem comes from the fact that these data being produced are not of benefit to the users/producer of the data, likewise is the privacy of these data unsecure.

What if there was a platform in which customers can sell their data in exchange for something of value instead of giving it out for free? what if data brokers which tends to be the intermediary to this system could be excluded? On this note, i will be discussing PDATA token which will be operating on Opiria platform and its secure trading of personal data.
