Wisteria Heart
Pruning my wisteria vine today, I was inspired by its twists and tangled nature. So I made this. A gorgeous wild bohemian heart to light up my room.
Wisteria is beautiful. I love my vine, all year round. New spring buds are popping up and a few lilac blooms are gracing the branches. In a few weeks my vine will be ablaze with colour and lush green life. I adore this. But I equally love the wild tangled winter vine, bare and raw.
So much tangible beauty; twisting, weaving and folding this vine.
How good is it to play outside and bring a little bit of nature into the home!
Until next time.

Very beautiful! I love the wild tangles!
me too @onetree :)
I just love the lilac cascade of blooms that the wisteria produces. The tangle of vines is really cool to.
Yes it is beautiful. Mine usually flowers in November. Such a short lived flower but stunning!
Wonderful, what a beautiful hanging for your bed! I had a go at something similar recently with some rosemary branches. Not as successful, it looked like a pair of saggy boobs- so I won't be sharing! I still hung it on my porch wall to welcome visitors though (smells nice). ;D
Aw cute. Rosemary does smell beautiful. I have been using the wisteria to make hanging hoops for my shop for a while now. It is very pliable and once it dries it shrinks slightly, holding the shape firmly in place.
A lovely idea.
