DIETING CAN BE EASY | What I Ate Today (VEGAN)

Dieting sucks, but this makes it suck less!

The main reason that dieting sucks is that we are generally switching from a diet saturated with fats and dense calories then when we try to diet we are starving because we don't change the foods we ate, instead we change the amount of food we eat.

BUT

It can be a lot easier! By choosing whole foods that deliver a huge amount of volume for a small amount of calories you can effectively diet and lose weight while still eating a similar amount of volume as you used to! That means the same amount of bites and forkfulls but with a fraction of the calories.

In this video I show you some of my favorite dieting go-to's that can help you stay satisfied and not-hungry while still progressing in your diet!

I love it when I see guys eating a vegan diet💪👍

300g of vegetables (broccoli spinach and cauliflower) 2 times a day did it for me during my last weight loss, dropped from 220lbs to 180lbs in 3 months, i know it was quite fast, i dont advice anyone to do this, but i never felt hungry! I also did some hiit, 10 minutes after the workout are great for weight loss

Questions: Is your dog also vegan?

Yup LOTS of veggies keeps a person full! My dog unfortunately isn't strictly my dog so I don't get to choose her food. My dog will be vegan one day though!

I love spaghetti squash. Looks like a yum dish you made there. And agree, love clouded days, especially if you wanna work out outside...

A lot of people think of diet as something you do to lose weight or gain muscle. It can do more than just that. Diet isn't a new routine, it's the amount of food that you eat throughout your life, every day. How well can you do so depends on many aspects and reasons as well. But we certainly need to address this and work on every aspect of our diet, specially if your goal is to achieve a better healthy self. It doesn't mean you have to go crazy writing down each molecule you eat. The important part is you being aware of what you're eating, and see if you can really make a difference or something about it. Cheers, and thank you for sharing your work with us, everybody!
