No resolutions, but…

Hi friends,

We recently had “Quitters Day” where most New Year’s resolutions are abandoned. I did not make any New Year’s resolutions, but… my record of gym attendance for most of 2024 was abysmal and getting worse:

Pretty pathetic. I guess I do resolve to go to the gym more this year :)

Did you make any resolutions and have you stuck with them?

    I’ve got my resolutions too and going to the gym is part of it but there is no time for that yet
