Golf is Hard
Hi Friends,
As I mentioned a couple of days ago, my wife and I got out on the golf course for a little bit while the kids were hanging out with the grandparents.
My wife used to play a decent amount in her high school days, but its not a passion of hers, so when I suggested we play a round, she was up for it and said she would be rusty stating, "its like riding a bike." I was skeptical, but gave her the benefit of the doubt.
However, when we got out there, things were different - she was hitting them all over the place! You know its a bad day when you hit more people on the next hole than you do greens in regulation! I did manage to record one such shot and turned it into a gif:
It is a little hard to tell, but she shanks the ball off the heel of the club and is shoots directly to the left - I am still trying to get my voice back after yelling "FORE!" so many times, lol.
I think the point of this story is... golf is hard.
