Gloomy Today = Less Productivity
It is a proven fact that weather can have an effect on your work productivity. For instance, a shining sun will generally make you more alert, and therefore, productive and motivated, while a rainy day will cause sleepiness and bring down your motivation. Who doesn’t love a good mid-day nap when it is cold and rainy, right?
Today, it is gloomy here in Southern California, and a cold streak seems to have crept in. Here is a couple of pictures:
We generally have the same cloud-free, sunny skies nearly all the time, but with the gloom hanging over, and a 3 day weekend on the horizon (Memorial Day holiday in the US), I feel everyone was less motivated at work, myself included. Don’t get me wrong, me working at 60% capacity is like a normal person working at 120% capacity (haha, OK, probably not), so stuff got done today, perhaps just not as quick as I would normally have preferred (a few meetings did not help).
What is the weather like where you live? Do you drag on gloomy days?

That's a familiar view! But I actually like this weather. We both know it's gonna be endless sunny and hot soon enough, so I'll take this for a few days.

obviously right oponion.weather is a main part for every person better moody life.its depends doing man work over.because a sunny weather alwas perfect for good work and raing weather not suitable for work.its very risky for work.. I can totally agree with you.
Just like you, when it's rainy, I just want to take naps and do nothing most of the time.
But, when I actually need to study, and I'm at the library, a little bit colder weather suits me better.
When it's warm, like it has been in the past few weeks (atleast in Croatia), I get sleepy and can't do much of a studying.
North Carolina gloomy will make you over sleep on a work day and make you sob as you drag yourself to work. Don't let it be bone cold outside and raining heavily cause that is a fight lost.

Personally I like rainy days you are right they are melancholy that if for these days I like to be at home at work I feel that performance decreases as you say, I do not know what these rainy days bring, maybe the day and clear the days sunny are all the opposite joy the son is happy, in my country the weather is tropical and these days it is very hot, the rainy season will soon begin
Friend Brian are right in what you say the weather can change your mood also happens that in those rainy days you just want to be in your house because it gives you cold and how it is to go to work at work we feel less energized, I think it happens to all of us.

You are obviously correct that the weather factor has a significant impact on the human psyche either positively or negatively .
The atmosphere in apricots gives a person a positive energy and A lot of activity and vitality 😀😀 , Unlike rain, it is accompanied by lethargy and laziness😑😑.
In Venezuela is warm where there is always an unbearable but tolerable sun, greetings and not only affects the work but the mood of the people that due to this climate only causes them to be lying down and taking advantage of watching some movies.
