Run Electroneum node with Docker on Synology Diskstation

Already running a Monero node on my Synology Diskstation I was curious if also a node would be available for Electroneum as this is a fork of Monero.
In the Docker Registry I found the Electroneum node "jc21/electroneumd"
I downloaded the image and set it up the same way as the Monero node but I didn't work in my case
It turned out that the node only accepted connections to wallets running in the same Container, but wanted to access the node from an external Computer in my home network. After making the access of an external IP possible I'm now able to sync my electroneum wallet with electroneum blockchain running on my Synology Diskstation. Credits to jc21 making this possible.
