It Pays To Have Friends Who Are Organic Gardeners! They Sold us 53 lbs of Organic Tomatoes for only $22 Dollars!!
I was curious so I called Whole Foods Market this morning and found out that I would have spent roughly $200 for organic tomatoes of a similar quality. If you will remember, I did a video blog a week or two ago when my aunt had brought over some tomatoes and other vegetables from a mutual friend of ours who attends her church.
We found out yesterday that this nice lady and her husband had more organic fruits and vegetables to sell and an affordable price so we we felt very thankful to have had this opportunity! Salads, salsas and marinara sauces will be serve around here for quite a while. We also picked up some potatoes and green onions for a reasonable price , as well!
Yesterday, I said on one of my video blogs that I wasn't too much of a fan of summer and warm weather... But with harvests like this one, I guess summer isn't so bad after all!

You're lucky. Tomatoes and cucumbers are freaking expensive "if" you want them to be organic. I would get as much as possible.

I love food coming from my garden. I also have tomatoes in the greenhouse. Hopefully I can start to harvest (Europe). I also plant peppers, blueberries, apples and herbs.
