It's Football Season! Hello From Rams Stadium!

It was a long train ride to almost South Central Los Angeles....they don't tell you that practically all stadiums in the US are in the worst neighborhoods.

I've lived in Los Angeles my whole life and I have never been able to go to an NFL game with our team for the home city. The Rams betrayed us once, but things are looking up as they made the right choice in coming back! The team itself is ok, but we made a nice comeback later in the game...we still lost but the Redskins are absolutely vicious this year. When you are in the stadium itself, you realize how large the field actually is, and how far these QB's and RB's are throwing and running.

It was a cool experience, but I enjoy baseball crowds more than football crowds. Most likely because I was with my mom, and just concerned with her safety around the ruckus fans, people take their football very seriously. I saw so many Rams jerseys and I could feel the pride, but I could also feel the warmth of the rolling bandwagon which most everyone in this city is. We go for the winners, so Rams may not have the legacy LA needs for quite awhile. Look how long the Warriors and Clippers had to wait before becoming a powerhouse, let along a prominent team.
