My Account has slowly but surely grown and we have finally hit over 200 Followers.
Over my time here on steemit.com I have had a plethra of ventures on the site and these days I am looking forward to the my future here as an Artist, an Educator, and hopefully a full time STEEMIAN. I am proud to say there are three projects that I have dedicated a lot of time into and in the works of implementing onto the STEEM blockchain once I have raised enough funds and hype around the ideas. From Rap Challenges and Analysis, Dog Modeling Contests, Monochrome Mondays and Education Fundraising I have been quite busy on this platform, and I want to thank each and everyone of you for getting me here. Thank you!
All in all the people in this platform have really taught me a lot. I'm going to take the time now to thank all my members of #steemspeak that have shown me the way and have challenged me at times to make my content better. If it wasn't for @jjjjosue telling me over and over again and me finally listening I wouldnt have gotten here period. That's the sensei and always pay respect to the sensei.

Should have listened earlier, that's what people always say I guess haha. If I had listened to @jjjjosue first then my boy Brett I'd be caking like he is now haha. But to be here is only because of him and I could never thank him enough.
I also want to give a special shoutout to @ackza who is always reminding me what we should always be doing as members and stakeholders on this platform...and that is to advertise the platform.
Seriously no one, and I mean no one gets as hype and is as enthusiastic as this guy when it comes to talking about STEEM. And I love it I honestly do, it makes me want to do more when I hear him talking on STEEMSPEAK, even when people get sick of listening to him I'm always listening to what he's got. That's my guy.

This fundraiser is to create a free tutoring service that will promote STEEMIT through scholarships given to those students who sign up for accounts and participate in Mr. L's Classcraft World.
Mr. L's Classcraft World Aims to be a unique learning experience where I will be visiting schools with Laptops and using a Classroom Management and Educational Resource Known as Classcraft. My experiences on steemit has been wonderful, in short they have blown my mind, but I would like to talk about the experiences I would like to be addressed:
When new people cannot join it is a real problem. The platform is struggling to grow yet so many stories of new accounts not being opened for days, weeks or even months. Come on, in this digital age it almost takes as much time as sending snail mail letters across continent in the last century! This process could be so much simplified and bad accounts suspended if they violate the rules but give people instant access. Give them a chance. or they will lose interest and move on, being discouraged.
Too complex to bring any money into the system or more importantly take it out of the system. Too many conversions instead of a simple fill up the account to "refill" the balance if you need to or simply "withdraw" in one click or so. It should be way simpler for wider adoption of those who just want to blog and keep it simple.
Too confusing with so many metrics - STEEM, STEEM POWER, VESTS, REPUTATION, STEEM DOLLARS. Unclear relations between them so much that only a lazy Steemit user did not write some sort of FAQ about what they are, what they mean and what are the relations between them. It is not for a faint of heart simple blogger who can write brilliant content but not necessarily so much technically savvy. But without that kind of people, the platform has very serious social limitations.
Steemit is THE ONLY “social” platform that does not have direct messaging between members. Without direct messaging there is no real way for people to engage on a level beyond blog posts. Also lack of direct messaging inflates the whole platform by bloating some posts with a lot of lame remarks like “yeah, thanks for voting”, “oh me too”, “upvoted you”, and a lot of other exchanges that are more appropriate in chat or in direct messages. Ok, I know that there are so many other options available like official yet unofficial steemit chat, discord, skype, whatsapp and so on. But there is no one official way to send a message to another user and be sure it will be delivered. Not everyone is on the official “unofficial” steemit chat, often their user names do not match and so on, so it is not really a serious option.
Apart from these issues, steemit has been a total awesomeness. Thanks for this privilege of sharing this. Enjoy.

Wow, you seem to be really engaged here on Steemit. The best thing happening to me was that I found #openmic and the #openmicsongwriters
This transformed me from a 'closeted' musician to a performing artist and I met incredible supportive likeminded people there. Very grateful!
With just about 3 months here in Steemit, you seemed to have known the community for so long, and it's a great thing that you started a great initiative. Hopefully, there is something like that going on for my country, since we need to have more kids educated these days.
Now, to answer the question:
So far, what I'm enjoying is seeing the world in the lens of other people. It's refreshing how views differ or matches with others. The kind of diversity we have here in the community makes it really epic. Take for example @axynos, whom I'm learning from with his optimistic posts. I also get a glance of his world from Estonia.
Steemit makes the world much connected than ever, and I'm thankful to my friend who introduced me here.
