This was a broth for soba noodles. I think it was made with a typical fish based sauce and soy sauce. It also had a touch of spice to it and some vegetables inside. I don’t know how they prepared the beans, but they were a little sweet and very crispy. It was all really good.

It was surprisingly good, really full of flavor! Sometimes school lunches are a little bland because they’re made for kids, but this one was great.
