In this crypto content, I will try to explain about Up and Down coins that we see on Binance Application. I will also try to share the benefits of these coins that why we use them in trading.
Up and Down coins are basically ETF coins/tokens. ETF means Exchange Trade Funds. These Tokens/Coins are totally controlled by exchange. It has overall hold on these tokens. Exchange decide the percentage of leverage profits and leverage lose. Exchange provide the up to 4x leverage and vary on different formula criteria.
So we can say that these coins are leverage coin. It provide the facility to trade like Future trading. In the future trading, we have a high chance to liquidate your all assets but through these coin we have no risk to liquidate our account.
The value of these up and down coins depend on the original coins. For example, if we purchase the BTC coin and after some days its value increase then the value of BTC Up coin is also increased but when the BTC value decrease then the BTC down coin is also decreased.
There are some steps for finding these coins. First open the binance application and go to the market section.
Now Move on Zone section and Find the ETF section.
