This quote is encouraging the act of 'doing' than saying, and also tackling Procrastination. The former president was right on this one by telling us to 'do' instead of say.

Even the bible encourages us as christian to be a doer of the Word not just a hearer, so fellow, if there's that thing you're saying over and over again, why dont you do it, instead of say it.
