motivation is a drive that encourages action or feeling. to motivate means to encourage to get them inspired.Motivation is a motive for action,it is a force that literally change your life for better.

WHY DO WE NEED TO BE MOTIVATED

motivation is a desire to success.without success there is little pride in life,no enjoyment or exciting things at home or place of work. the greatest enemy of motivation is complacency
when people are complacent
they don't grow because they cannot identify what is needed in their lives

Onice you are able to derive to what causes motivation, then you are leading to succeas,then you can achieve your goal

External motivation comes from outside.example are money, societal approval or fear

fear motivation

a company wanted to set up a pension plan.in order for the plan to be implemented,it needed 100% participation.Everyone signed up expect John.The plan made sense and was in the best interest of everyone. Johns refusal to sign was the only obstacle. Johns supervisor and other Co workers had tired, without success, to persuade him to sign.
the owner of the company called John into his office and "John,here is a pen and thesee are the papers for you to sign to enroll into the pension plan.if you don't enroll you are gonna be fired, the owner asked Mark why he sighed earlier. John replied,"No one explianed the plan as clearly as you did

you can see the fear motivate was in him

INNER MOTIVATION

there was a young boy who came regularly to soccer but never made it to the starting team. While he was practising, his father would suck at the far end of the field, waiting for him. The matches began and days he didn't come for practice or quarter or semi finals. He came when the final match was about to be played he went to the coach and begged him that he wants to play the coach sad no , that this was the final match so he can be allowed
he kept on begging till the coach said yes
That coach has never seen the boy play before so he said yes and he told the coach I would never let you down,
the game started and the boy played like a house on fire. everything time he got the ball,he shot a goal. Needless to say, he was a star of the game. His team had a spectacular win.
when the match finished, the coach went to him and said boy "how could I have been so wrong? I have never seen you play like this before, how did you play so well
the boy replied my father is watching me today, the coach looked at where his father do stay but couldn't find him and said where his your father then he saio he died four days ago

so every one do not stop your motivation can lead you to success
