Can Ghost Follow You Home?

in #nonfiction8 years ago

I recently made a post about how I came to believe in paranormal activity and it really seemed to peek some people's interest. If you would like to read over the first post, here is the link:

Just a brief run down about the first post, it describes how I did not believe in paranormal activity until I was 15 years old and stayed at a friend's house that was haunted.

Once I stayed with my friend, and had my first ghost encounters, I felt like it opened Pandora's Box to some really freaky stuff that I had never wanted to experience. I went home feeling lucky that I did not have to deal with ghost drama in my home. Unfortunately, I had to begin asking myself if ghost could follow you home?

The first ghost experience I witnessed at my own home was oddly, and ironically enough when I was showering. Seems like something out of a movie, for a creeper ghost to make itself known while some young teenage girl was in the shower, but this ghost was obviously a pervert. When I got out of the shower, I noticed a hand print on the fogged up mirror in my bathroom.

At first, I shrugged my shoulders and thought, "hmm, I must have touched my mirror and dirtied it up, and the oils from my hand kept that part of the mirror from fogging up." At least that comforted myself, while still being somewhat freaked out from my experiences from staying at my friend's haunted home. I grabbed some window cleaner and paper towels and scrubbed my windows down till they were squeaky clean.

The next day, I went to take my daily shower. This time, when I got out the shower, I guess the perv ghost wanted to make his/her presence known again by leaving a hand print, but this time the hand looked like it had a dragging motion as if it touched the foggy mirror and just dragged its hand down towards the bottom of the mirror. I was freaked out and felt kind of disgusted. Like the ghost was saying "I can see you, but you can't see me." What a weirdo ghost to be checking out my teenage body?

I grabbed the paper towels and window cleaner and went to scrubbing the mirror again. I was hoping to wipe away the hand print, like it was going to wipe away the ghost. I probably said some swear words aloud when doing it, I was pretty angry. Something along the lines like, "you sick ****, why are you ******* with me, looking at my naked ***, you weirdo." You can fill in the blanks as you please.

This ghost must have been like, "yep, game on." When I got out of the shower the next day, there were hand prints all over the mirror. Just great, the ghost decided to host a ghost party while I was in the shower. Not that it wasn't awkward enough to have one creeper ghost in the midst of my daily shower time, I obviously needed it to look like there were 20 hand prints on my mirror. I was really annoyed. I even asked my mom and brother if they had used my bathroom and been touching my mirror. Neither of them had used my bathroom in awhile, so it was very odd.

I wiped down the mirror again, and again. This occurred over 2-3 weeks of having hand prints or finger prints on my mirror. In the beginning when it really freaked me out, is when it seemed like it was occurring the worst. I emotionally gave up on caring because it became the new norm for some paranormal weirdo to be in the bathroom with me. It was either deal with it, or give up showering. I am a huge hygiene freak, so I wasn't giving up washing my rump.

I don't know if the ghost got bored with trying to freak me out, but eventually it stopped. I do believe paranormal things can try to follow you, but I believe it is up to us whether or not we give the power to freak us out. I believe that God's power is more divine than any other force, and that gives me the solace I need.

Another creepy experience. It was just like seeing a horror movie. I can't help but to ran some imaginations while you are telling your story. Maybe your theory that ghost can follow you can be true. But why they doing it, nobody knows. Maybe to instill fear of the unknown or maybe they were just became playful with you, and when they found out that you no longer fear them because you already found solace with God's power, that's the time they stopped. Interesting story indeed.

It was a creepy experience for me. I did not start fully trusting in God's power until I was about 19 years old, so at this time I was a big chicken. I guess it was just because my reaction to it decreased, that it finally stopped.

That is creepy. I agree with you, it's up to us rather they have the power to freaks us out or not.

I've only had two that messed with me in a way I didn't like, thankfully both times only happened once.

It can be a nerve racking experience. I am glad you haven't had to deal with it often.
