The Diary Game || 8-12-23 || Going out on Shopping and Repairs

Dear Diary,
I was a stress free day for me for the first time. The secret is that we had no lectures that day. My happiness was just sufficient. I took to exploring the open market that day to purchase one or two as well as fix my sister's phone who had fault no doubt. This is how my day went. Let me share the narrative.

On that Friday morning, I woke up blissfully from my bed of comfort to face confrontational attacks with my books. After some several knock outs, I took to doing my chores as early as. I also took to washing my clothes as early as 5Am. That was the craziest of things I've ever done no doubt. After washing my clothes that early, I took to preparing myself as I had a long day ahead. Before that, I made a post online on Facebook social media, recognising parents as the pillars of our strength. Without them, we literally won't be alive today. Where would you be without your parents love?* This is a screenshot of the post I made.

After surfing the net, I went online to do some review on the engagement challenge held in steemkids and parents community. I tried as much as possible to cover up the posts that were on hand. The I set off as early as possible so I won't be held captive in anyone's shop. I left without eating. So all I did was to buy some snacks and take in that morning.

Mist filled everywhere to the point that places were not seen clearly. Harmattan has finally come to stay. I alighted from the bus in aphone shop I knew they could handle my problems. I didn't go there alone though. I went there with my aunt. When we got to the phone shop, we had to wait for the technician to arrive. While waiting, I took pictures of how busy people were on the streets and then continued my review on the platform.

The technician then arrived just in time. I handed him the phone and told him the model of the phone so he'll get a phone screen that fits it. We bargained first before he purchased it. He told me he'll charge 15k which 47 steems but I refute. I told him I have just 12k with me which is 32 steems. After several reasons as the first customer, he just had to consider me and did it at that rate.

I waited patiently as he uncoupled the phone. I ensured I snapped those parts he pulled out especially the battery so he won't exchange it when he wants to purchase a new screen. While waiting patiently for him to return, I took to surfing my phone to while away time. I took pictures of myself so I can use it to compile this diary game entry.

While waiting patiently for him to return, guess what happened on the street. I heard a loud noise that attracted my attention. All in the shop stood up to see what was actually going on. A shuttle bumped the back of a car badly. The back of the car was twisted in a way that it was hard to amend. This was a result of careless driving by the shuttle driver. The car owner came out to inspect. He was very much furious at what he saw because it wasn't just a scratch.

The car driver just cleared his car from the road and packed it in front of the phone shop I was. The shuttle driver had no other option than to allow his passengers alight while he faces the car driver. The scene wasn't funny at all. We later came to know the car belongs to Zenith Bank. The car driver brought out his mobile and started placing calls. I just pitied the shuttle driver because his savings would be spent on working the car if care isn't taken.....

While they were exchanging words, trying to resonate, a pillow seller passed by and stopped to know what was going on. I really don't know what the came said that made an argument erupt. A woman selling phone case came from behind and started shouting at the pillow seller, telling him he should not add fuel into fire and that nothing concerns him. It was just funny. The pillow seller kept his pillow on the floor to exchange words with that woman. Problems upon problems.

The technician finally came and did the needful. He coupled the phone for me and the phone that was once in a bad condition, looked like a new phone. I had to charge the phone for a while before leaving his shop. I went to buy phone case for the phone after Repairs as I was told not to put screenshot guard on the phone so it won't develop faults later. I was told to put it after 3 days.......

After leaving the phone case shop, l left for a nearby shopping mall to purchase some lotions for body application. Unfortunately, the lotion was not there. I had to leave for another mall. Before leaving, one of the sales attendant came to me saying I should change lotion and purchase another. She showed me a lotion worth 50k. I just had to remain silent and did as if I wasn't listening to her at all. I left the mall in no time and headed home. I was already feeling exhausted and tired.

When I go back home, I took my skipped breakfast and lunch and then went for bed. I woke up quite late and then surf the net to complete my reviews. After that, I went online on a social media to teach my students certain things they need to avoid in their posts of which they learnt from. That's how my day went. I felt weak already. I just had to force myself to read at least for an hour before retiring to bed.
