Have you heard about floorball?
It was developed in the 1960s and 1970s in Sweden, floorball is most popular where it has been developed the longest, such as Finland, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Latvia, and Norway. It's a big sport here in Finland, and in my understanding it's getting bigger all over the world. Would be fun to know if you have tried it and where you are from.

I love the sport, I have played it since I was a little kid. Right now I am playing in a team in the 3rd divison in Finland and tomorrow we have 2 games to play. The level is quite good for being 3rd divison, I think the reason is that Finland was one of the first countries in the world to play it.

A lot of people play this in Denmark. It's quite fun!
How big is the sport there? Here in Finland it is the third most popular sport after Ice hockey and Football!
No way near that. Soccer, handball, ice hockey, basket, table tennis all out perform it. It's pretty funny it's the third most popular, but that's probably because of ice hockey being so popular.
Isn't Boball (Don't know the name but I have heard it's kinda like baseball) a big sport in Finland also?
In Swedish it's Boboll, but in Finnish it's Pesäpallo! :)..Yep it's quite popular here, it's actually our national sport!

Oh love Floorball! Fast pace, technical and usually alot of neat goals to watch.
Hopefully will the sport spread even more so Sweden can have more competition in the future! ;)
