INSECTS ON THE SEA FENNEL

Sea fennel is a plant that grows among the rocks and pebbles near the sea. During the summer and early autumn, it produces a multitude of tiny but nectar - rich flowers that form attractive clusters, I mean - attractive primarily for insects. In this post, you'll see some species that I photographed a couple of weeks ago.
