Fungi Friday - ALMOST LIKE IN THE SUPERMARKET
These very common little field mushrooms look very much like some of those typical pizza mushrooms you can find wrapped in plastic on the supermarket shelves...
... but the aroma is different ... it has similarities with those cultivated fungi ... but is much more intense ... if we describe that shopping mall flavor with a number 1 on some imaginary intensity scale, this one is at least 43 or so :D
It's a delicious meal when prepared in many ways and there is no scarcity of them on the humid meadows in the autumn.

Wow i'll have to try them one day. Though i'm scared of white mushrooms since we have deathcaps that grow around here.
