Road to Glory - New Intro & My Motorcycle Gang!
This post series is about my life and will be written like my logbook. I will tell you everyday what I am do and why I do it. I do not write it for money, but for motivating myself every day to achieve my goals. I keep it as transparent as possible because I do not want to fail or embarass myself in front of all SteemIt-Users. Nobody likes it to fail and this logbook will prevent me from being lazy or lacking motivation. It will push me to continue with my hard work and get things done. Selfimprovement is the keyword and I will do it every day!
How my day went
I slept pretty well, woke up, eat my oatmeal for breakfast and went to SteemIt. Guess I write this every day. As you can see it got my rountine which is pretty nice, because I know what to do to reach my goals. Routine is always nice.
So I looked what is new, answered comments, read posts and after that I decided to make a new intro for my dtube log videos, even though I really do not have much free time today.
So I thought long about many ideas in my head and I also needed to refresh my skills at After effects a little bit. It took me nearly 2 hours for a 8 seconds intro, but it was totally worth the time. I mean just look at it! Totally worth it!
Now there were many small things to do: Car was washed, mail was collected, shopping was done, stuff was done at the bank and afterwards I started to prepare this post here. Takes me way more time than I thought. Right after uploading it, I will disappear to pickup my parents from the airport.
The "Knieschleifer aus Überzeugung"
We are a german motorcycle group with nearly 5000 members and over 23.000 people who want to become a member. I guess we are the biggest group with active members and surely also the best motorcycle group in germany.
I am one of the leaders from the Frankfurt region and we have 130 members, which is pretty nice. It is a great responsibility to successfully manage such a large group and it takes a lot of time, but the group is absolutely worth it.
We meet every first Saturday of the month (today), eat and drink together, exchange ideas, discuss the latest news, information and plans and then spend a relaxing and fun evening together.

Here you can see my goals and their current status, which I will definitely achieve this year. If I reach them faster they will be added later. Always remember that, “Standing still is a step backwards!”
Be like a shark - not only dreaded and dangerous, but always aware that when you stand still you can no longer breathe, and you die. Stay motivated, work hard, be persistent, and you will achieve your goals. Hard work overrides talent. Keep that in mind!

its not an easy thing to do daily ,but if you continue telling us how you spend your days, foresure just know you're going to achieve many things in life since you've started doing this, its going to change the way u do your things, i wish i could do the same
Just do it. Persistence was the most important lesson I learned at SteemIt. You need luck, if you do not have persistence and luck is not something, you should invest in.
Just do it! It's not a little time we have, but a lot of time we don't use.

It is not easy. The most important thing is persistence. Just work hard and dont let anything distract you. I had the same problem in the beginning. Use your time to educate about SteemIt, learn new things, comment posts you like or find interesting, make friends, join a community and you will also have more success at SteemIt.
I know the problem as a minnow and I will help the small ones with good content, when I get enough SteemPower to do so.

Yes, is is pretty impressive. But I have learned much doing it. I could now made it in a quarter of the time or even faster. Learning something new every day is a nice selfimprovement.
No worries, watch when you can, you'll enjoy it more;) It sure is, as long as you'll keep it maintained it will flow, but doing it as rare as I do, I've gotta learn everything all over again each time:p
Improve. Do more videos. Play more with the editing. It is much fun in my opinion and after the session you always learn more things you can work with. Thats why I love self improvement and learning new skills

I'll take care of it when I get bigger on SteemIt. I look at every single motorcycle post on SteemIt, but there aren't that many and the people have little SP. I will do my utmost to ensure that this situation changes in the future and that the bikers are represented more strongly.
