21 Early day Challenge
For my first post ever on STEEMIT i would like to share the early day challenge i'm doing.
After having a rough time true winter battling seasonal depression, i needed a boost.
One day i was just bingewatching youtube when i found this youtube video of a TED talk about the benefits of waking up every day at 4:30 AM. I found it very interesting and decided to try this out. From tomorrow morning you will find me here posting how i feel mentaly and emotionaly during this journey. It would be nice to hear from people that also doing this kind of challenge or people fighting with SAD or regular deppresion.
