In the next 5 years we will see some 80-100x projects from this sector or some such projects which have been able to give 80-100x returns. Now let's talk about what real-world assets actually are? Or exactly how it works. Real-world assets means anything in real life, i.e. any financial assets, any currencies, any commodities or any equities. Which will be tokenized, tokenize means, let's say I have one lakh rupees and an Indian guy is thinking here if he could invest in some way like Bangladeshi rupees, because of the next inflation of Bangladeshi rupees. It means that 7% interest will be available in Bangladeshi taka in terms of investment. So that Indian man wants to make some kind of investment in Bangladesh money. So what I will do is, I have this 1 lakh rupees, so I will come to blockchain technology and issue a token in Ethereum (1 lakh token issue). Each token represents 1 rupee, so anyone can trade it like a normal token but in this case there is a backend community or some kind of equity. At least once in our heads this idea came that why other assets in the market are not tokenized here? But it seems very simple. Anyone who thinks that a real estate company has built a house here, can sell the house in the blockchain at any time or anyone can invest in the house.

Moreover, any type of private car, house, shop, etc. can actually be tokenized and you are owning these tokens means indirectly you are owning these assets. However, a large amount of money is laundered. Say there is a guy in India whose maximum limit is 50 thousand dollars he can take out of the country in a year but he wants to somehow invest somewhere in the US and in the market there is already a solution for this. If he wants he can invest in US Dollar Yield, Us Treasuries, Us Money Market etc. Basically through this there are many people from all over the world sitting with billions of dollars in blockchain. Now suppose you do some kind of interesting project or there are lots of people who want to invest in something real world. Let's say the crypto market crashed but I have a token here, the token back has a resort here, they are basically a resort company or hotel company, now because of the crypto market crash, this hotel or resort company will not crash. The reason is that crypto has no direct relation to the real world. So currently, since big institutions are entering this market, such as Blackrock, JP Morgan, Bank of America, you have seen them entering for some time. They came up with the Bitcoin ETF. Now their main focus is how to tokenize things and there are other opportunities in the crypto market. So now it's time to wait.
